- Caloocan City & Manila: Multiple barangays will experience disruptions between 11:01 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. daily, focusing on areas like Rizal Avenue, Tondo, Binondo, Santa Cruz, and Pandacan. For instance, Brgy. 36, 39, and others in Caloocan City will be affected nightly from December 21 to 27.
- Quezon City: North Fairview and Pasong Putik will see activities on the night of December 22, with work extending until 6:00 a.m. the next day. This includes pressure-reducing valve installation and interconnection projects.
- Valenzuela City: Several barangays, including Gen. T. De Leon, Karuhatan, and Maysan, will experience disruptions between 12:01 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on specific nights from December 22 to 24.
